Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Sr. Technical Account Manager (TAM) to influence Fortune 500 enterprises and help them maximize value from AWS.

You will lead customer advocacy, guide architectures across Compute, Storage, Database, AI/ML, and more, and work with senior leadership on risk management and operational excellence. Some travel is required, and you will be the technical voice of the customer inside AWS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute technical cloud strategies to drive customer adoption of AWS services.
• Represent AWS at customer meetings and discuss operational excellence, cloud maturity, and risk management.
• Provide advocacy and guidance to plan and build solutions using best practices.
