Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to influence Fortune 500 enterprises and drive value from AWS across Compute, Storage, AI/ML, and more. You will lead technical cloud strategies and act as the Voice of the customer to AWS product teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications.
5+ years of technical engineering experience.
Experience in 24x7 operational services or support environment.
Experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical lead.

Responsibilities

Craft and execute technical cloud strategies to drive customers adoption and use of AWS services.
Represent AWS at customer meetings and discuss operational excellence, cloud maturity, support, and risk management.
Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to plan and build solutions using best practices.
Travel up to 10% or more as needed.
