Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Enterprise Support Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as principal technical advisor and voice of the customer for our Enterprise customers.

You will work with engineers and service teams to drive adoption of AWS services, represent AWS in customer environments, and discuss incidents, trade-offs, and risk with senior leaders. Travel about 10%+ is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, math, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of technical engineering experience.
• 7+ years of experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting across Compute/Storage/Networking/CDN/Databases/DevOps/Big Data and Analytics/Security/Applications Development in distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Work with engineers and service teams to see issues through to resolution.
• Proactively craft and execute strategies to drive customers' adoption of AWS services.
• Represent AWS in a customer's environment and discuss incidents, trade-offs, support, and risk with senior leadership.
