Job summary

AWS Enterprise Support is seeking a Sr. Technical Account Manager (TAM) to be the principal technical advisor to Enterprise customers across AWS services and platforms, including Compute, Storage, Database, AI/ML, and more.

You will craft cloud strategies, provide guidance with best practices, and engage with senior leaders to ensure operational health and successful adoption of AWS services. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in design/implementation/consulting with distributed applications.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience in a 24x7 operational services or support environment.
• Experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical lead.
• Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings.
• Understanding of the AWS Well-Architected Framework pillars and ability to apply them to customer architectures.

• Craft and execute cloud strategies to drive customers' adoption and use of AWS services.
• Advocate and provide strategic technical guidance to plan and build solutions using best practices.
• Travel 10% or more as needed.
