Job summary
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) within AWS Enterprise Support to act as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer for organizations ranging from startups to Global 500 enterprises. You will collaborate with engineers to drive adoption of AWS services, discuss incidents, governance, and risk management, and guide customers toward best practices.
Expect travel of 10% or more as needed.
Responsibilities
- Advise customers on incidents, trade-offs, and risk management from a strategic perspective.
- Drive adoption and usage of AWS services (EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, IoT, etc.).
- Collaborate with engineers and service teams to ensure customer environments remain operationally healthy and resilient.
