Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) for AWS Enterprise Support to drive adoption of AWS services, align customer cloud strategies with best practices, and advocate for customers with AWS product teams.

You will act as a principal technical advisor, guiding enterprise customers from startups to Global 500 companies, ensuring operational health and value realization across Compute, Storage, DB, and AI/ML domains. Travel ~10% or more may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute technical cloud strategies to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services and influence senior leadership on operational excellence.
• Provide advocacy and strategic guidance to plan and build solutions using AWS best practices, keeping customer environments healthy.
• Serve as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer to organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 enterprises; travel as needed (~10%+).
