Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Technical Account Manager (TAM) within AWS Enterprise Support to act as a principal technical advisor and voice of the customer for organizations from startups to Fortune 500. The TAM role involves coordinating with engineers and service teams to guide adoption of AWS services such as EC2, S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, and more, traveling 10% or more as needed.

You will provide advocacy, plan solutions, and help keep customers' AWS environments healthy and resilient,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, math, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of technical engineering experience.
• 7+ years of experience with four optimization areas: Compute, Storage, Networking, CDN, Databases, DevOps, Big Data and Analytics, Security or Applications Development.

Responsibilities

• Act as principal technical advisor and voice of the customer to organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
• Collaborate with engineers and service teams to diagnose issues and drive resolution, while guiding adoption of AWS services.
