Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as the principal technical advisor for Enterprise Support customers in a dynamic cloud environment.

You will guide customers on adopting AWS services such as EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Lambda, and more, and you will partner with AWS engineers to keep environments healthy and secure. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings.
• Knowledge of cloud-based architecture and customer-facing roles.
• Experience with cloud-related technology for enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer to AWS Enterprise customers.
• Proactively craft and execute strategies to drive adoption and use of AWS services.
• Collaborate with engineers and service teams to see issues through to resolution and help customers optimize.
• Travel 10% or more as needed.
