Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is hiring a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to influence Fortune 500 enterprises to maximize value from AWS. You will lead technical cloud strategies, advocate for customers, and partner with product teams to align on operational excellence and risk management.

As a TAM, you will travel up to 10% and act as a trusted technical advisor across Compute, Storage, Database, AI/ML, Networking and more.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute technical cloud strategies to drive customers adoption and use of AWS services.
• Represent AWS at our customer and drive discussions with senior leadership regarding operational excellence, cloud maturity, support, and risk management.
• Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to plan and build solutions using best practices, and proactively keep the customer's AWS environments operationally healthy.
• The TAM is travel-enabled with up to 10% travel as needed.
