Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to influence Fortune 500 enterprises to maximize value and service from AWS.

You will lead technical cloud strategies, advocate for customers, and guide solution design using best practices across Compute, Storage, DB, AI/ML, Networking and more. The role emphasizes customer-facing leadership, operational excellence, and risk management with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute technical cloud strategies to drive customer adoption of AWS services.
• Represent AWS to customers and discuss operational excellence, cloud maturity, risk management and service quality with senior leadership.
• Provide advocacy and strategic guidance to plan and build solutions using AWS best practices.
• Develop close relationships to understand business and technical needs and maximize value from AWS.
• Willingness to travel 10% or more as needed.
