Job summary

AWS Enterprise Support seeks a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to influence Fortune 500 enterprises and maximize value from AWS across Compute, Storage, Database, AI/ML, Networking, Serverless, and more. You will be the technical leader and the customer advocate to AWS product teams.

Based in Dallas, you will craft cloud strategies, guide solutions, and partner with AWS teams to drive operational excellence and cloud maturity while traveling ~10% as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of distributed applications experience.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience in a 24x7 operational services or support environment.
• Experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical lead.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute technical cloud strategies to drive customers adoption and use of AWS services.
• Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to plan and build solutions using best practices, and proactively keep the customers AWS environments operationally healthy.
• Develop close relationships with customers to understand business and operational needs and help them achieve the greatest value from AWS.
