Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Denver is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer for enterprise clients across compute, storage, AI/ML, and more.

You will craft cloud strategies, drive adoption of AWS services, and partner with customer teams to improve operational excellence. This role requires strong customer-facing leadership, 5+ years in distributed architectures, and the ability to travel 10% or more.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed apps.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute technical cloud strategies to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services.
• Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to plan and build solutions using best practices and proactively keep the customer's AWS environments operationally healthy.
• Travel 10% or more as needed; maintain customer relationships and align on business/technical goals.
