Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer for Enterprise Support customers across industries, helping drive adoption of AWS services and cloud strategies.

You will craft and execute technical plans, influence senior leaders on operational excellence, and guide customers to achieve value from AWS, with travel up to 10% as needed.

Formación

• 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.

Responsabilidades

• Craft and execute technical cloud strategies to drive customer adoption of AWS services.
• Represent AWS to customers and discuss operational excellence and risk management with senior leadership.
• Provide guidance to plan and build solutions using AWS best practices.
• Travel up to 10% or more as needed.
