Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) within AWS Enterprise Support to act as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer for diverse enterprise customers. You will drive adoption of AWS services, coordinate with engineers, and provide strategic guidance to optimize customers' AWS environments.

Eligible candidates have deep experience in distributed systems, 24x7 operations, and customer-facing leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience in a 24x7 operational services or support environment.
• Experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical lead.

Responsibilities

• The TAM role is not directly hands on keyboard within the customer's environment for troubleshooting customer support issues; you will work with engineers and service teams to drive issues to resolution and help craft/adopt AWS services.
