Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) within AWS Enterprise Support to influence Fortune 500 customers and drive adoption of AWS services.

You will partner with senior leadership to align cloud strategies with business goals. In this role you will craft technical cloud strategies, provide advocacy and guidance for solution design, and travel as needed to meet customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• As a Senior TAM you will craft and execute technical cloud strategies to drive customers adoption and use of AWS services.
• You will provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to plan and build solutions using best practices and proactively keep the customers AWS environments operationally healthy.
• The TAM is the centerpiece of value to our Enterprise Support customers.
