Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Cloud Technical Account Manager, ES - NAMER.

As a TAM you will advocate for customers, drive adoption of AWS services such as EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, Gen/AI, and more, and serve as the voice of the customer to organizations from startups to Fortune 500s. This is not a sales role but a principal technical advisor. You will work to keep customer environments healthy, travel 10%+ as needed, and partner with engineering teams to resolve

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• The TAM role is not directly hands on keyboard within the customer's environment for troubleshooting customer support issues; you will work with engineers and service teams to see issues through to resolution, and proactively craft strategies to drive adoption and use of AWS services.
