Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or a related field, especially production environments.
• Strong Linux/Windows administration and cloud experience (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with scripting, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level operational support for complex cloud-based systems.
• Diagnose and resolve outages, document issues, and report status to stakeholders.
• Maintain and install computing infrastructure and ensure VA security policy compliance.
