Qualifications

• 8+ years in systems engineering, production environments
• 3+ years of SQL querying and monitoring
• Experience with AWS/Azure cloud environments
• Strong Linux/Windows administration and scripting
• Familiar with IaC and CI/CD pipelines
• Security/compliance and on-call production support

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for cloud systems
• Develop solutions for routine technical problems
• Document issues and escalate when needed
• Maintain system performance, reliability, and security
