Qualifications

• 5+ years leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership and business case development.
• 3+ years of work in enterprise IT or managing technical programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a related field.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Execute a near, mid, and long-term vision and strategy for the overall customer’s cloud transformation with the customer and AWS teams.
• Demonstrate excellent customer engagement skills and develop long-term relationships.
• Maintain broad knowledge of existing and developing technologies to unlock opportunities for customers.
• Accelerate customer adoption through education and enablement.
• Collaborate with customers to identify high-impact use cases and best-practice implementations.
• Manage time and coordinate AWS, customer, and partner teams to accelerate cloud journeys.
• Be a thought leader and mentor junior CSMs across Amazon organizations.
