Qualifications

• 7+ years of leading large-scale technical or engineering programs.
• 4+ years of customer-facing work with executives/technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent.
• Experience leading transformation project teams across broad functions.

Responsibilities

• Drive successful cloud migrations and digital transformations for AWS customers.
• Define customer cloud adoption strategies and roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Partner with sales to shape business cases and realize measurable customer value.
• Serve as customer advocate, removing blockers and guiding initiatives across orgs.
• Lead a Cloud Leadership team and governance structures to ensure sustained adoption.
