Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) to accelerate customer cloud adoption and drive value realization for AWS customers. You will manage cloud enablement, readiness, and migrations at scale, partnering with executive stakeholders, product, and engineering teams.

The role requires strong program management, leadership, and written/verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer outcomes and transformation across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership and successful program completion
• 4+ years of customer-facing work engaging with customer executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent
• Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams across broad functional teams

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of AWS and value realization for customers at scale
• Define customer cloud programs, roadmaps and business cases with stakeholders
• Lead migrations, digital transformations and cloud modernization efforts
• Act as customer advocate, unblock blockers and deliver successful proofs of concept
