Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Manager to guide customers along multi-year cloud journeys, ensuring alignment across Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services. You will lead governance, education plans, and go-live transitions, driving secure, robust cloud outcomes.

You will partner with customer executives and AWS teams to shepherd major workload migrations, translate strategic initiatives into executable actions, and manage reporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs.
• 2+ years of customer-facing work engaging with executives/technologists.
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent.
• Experience leading transformation project teams across broad functional areas.

Responsibilities

• Guide AWS customers through multi-year cloud journeys with cross-team collaboration.
• Interface with customer and AWS leadership to plan migrations and drive outcomes.
• Translate account plans into executable actions and manage cadence/reporting.
• Lead education plans, roadmap alignments, executive briefings, and go-live transitions.
