Job summary

You will collaborate with sales, architecture, professional services, and partners to design programs, govern execution, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership and successful program completion.
2+ years of customer-facing work engaging with executives/technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies.
Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent.
Experience leading transformation project teams across broad functional groups.

Responsibilities

Contribute to business and technical discussions and ask questions to uncover dependencies.
Engage across compute, hardware, network, software, big data, security, and related areas.
Balance customer needs with engineering teams to build and extend features.
Convey detailed technical knowledge verbally and in writing to internal/external teams.
Guide customers in best-practice architectures during migrations and modernization.
Identify patterns and connections to improve program efficiency and outcomes.
Understand relevant services/products and related industry technology.
