Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading large-scale programs with a proven track record of anticipated customer benefits and successful completion.
• 4+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies.
• Experience leading transformation projects across broad functional teams and enterprise-scale infrastructure or cloud programs.
• Experience with change management and driving organizational change within project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Execute a near-, mid-, and long-term vision for the customer’s cloud transformation by collaborating with the customer and AWS teams.
• Demonstrate excellent customer engagement skills and develop long-term relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Maintain knowledge of evolving cloud technologies to unlock opportunities for customers.
• Lead change management practices and accelerate customer adoption through education and enablement.
• Collaborate with customers to identify high-impact use cases and best-practice adoptions for AWS services.
• Coordinate with Customer, AWS, and Partner teams to accelerate the customer’s cloud journey.
• Be a thought leader across Amazon organizations to share knowledge and mentor junior CSMs.
• Drive end-to-end customer cloud journeys spanning IT, executives, and business units.
