Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Customer Solutions Manager to accelerate customers' digital transformation by architecting strategic migrations to the AWS cloud and delivering cloud-native solutions that meet ambitious goals.

You will work with sales, solution architecture, enterprise support, and AWS partners to drive end-to-end adoption, governance, and measurable business value across large organizations in the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with proven impact.
• 5+ years in enterprise IT, vendor/consultant roles with technical programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or related field.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer engagement skills across all levels including C-Suite.
• Maintain knowledge of AI/ML, migration and modernization for cloud opportunities.
• Apply change management principles to project delivery.
• Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement.
• Identify use cases for AWS adoption and best-practice implementations.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to meet goals.
