Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Senior Customer Solutions Manager to guide complex healthcare and life sciences engagements, aligning business objectives with cloud and AI capabilities. You will partner with healthcare providers, executives, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes and scale cloud migrations across large, strategic programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs.
• 2+ years of customer-facing work with executives or partners.
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Identify and accelerate customers' realization of value across cloud lifecycle.
• Own end-to-end customer transformation strategy with measurable outcomes.
• Design and drive large-scale migrations, AI adoption, and data modernization programs.
• Create, manage, and deliver complex programs, navigating risks in ambiguous environments.
• Establish and mature operating models and governance structures to drive scale.
• Orchestrate cross-functional delivery across sales, solutions architecture, enterprise support, professional services, and AWS partners.
• Earn trust from technical practitioners to C-suite executives; act as customer advocate within AWS.
• Lead executive briefings, roadmap reviews, and business outcome alignment sessions.
• Apply understanding of healthcare industry requirements (HIPAA) and domain-specific use cases.
• Help customers achieve organizational cloud readiness and AI fluency through accelerators.
• Mentor and develop other CSMs; drive scalable processes.
