Qualifications

7+ years leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with proven impact.
4+ years of customer-facing work engaging with executives and technologists.
Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide input on pre- and post-sales approaches to drive adoption and commitments.
Deliver complex technical projects, migrations and AI initiatives.
Conduct deep discovery to design adoption plans and solve business problems.
Lead change management to drive cloud journeys and adoption.
Coordinate with AWS service teams to address requirements.
Mitigate adoption risks and track realization of business cases.
Share best practices and thought leadership publicly to advance the cloud ecosystem.
