Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager to lead cloud transformation initiatives across customers and internal teams. Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven track record.
• 4+ years of customer-facing work engaging with executives/technologists or partners.
• Experience leading transformation projects across broad functional teams.
• Experience leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with thought leadership.
• Experience in enterprise-scale infrastructure or cloud programs/projects.

Responsibilities

• Execute a near-, mid-, and long-term vision and strategy for the customer’s cloud transformation.
• Demonstrate excellent customer engagement skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Maintain knowledge of existing and developing cloud technologies to unlock opportunities.
• Incorporate organizational change management into project delivery.
• Accelerate customer adoption through education and enablement.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact cloud use cases and best-practice implementations.
• Coordinate with Customer, AWS, and Partner teams to accelerate cloud journeys.
• Mentor junior CSMs and share knowledge across Amazon organizations.
