Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Sr. Customer Solutions Manager to accelerate customers' cloud and AI transformation journeys. You will align AWS teams to deliver outcomes, design migrations, and drive adoption of AI technologies.

Qualifications

7+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with track record of outcomes.
4+ years of customer-facing work engaging with executives and technologists.
Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide input on pre- and post-sales approaches to impact adoption and commitments.
Deliver complex technical projects and migrations with significant customer impact.
Conduct deep discovery to design adoption plans and identify acceleration gaps.
Implement and define effective change management for cloud journeys.
Work cross-functionally with AWS service teams to address customer requirements.
Mitigate adoption risks and track realization of business cases.
Share best practices and thought leadership in public forums.
