• Conduct deep discovery to design adoption plans and solve business problems
• Implement people change management approaches to drive cloud journeys
• Work cross-functionally with AWS service teams to address customer requirements
• Mitigate adoption risks and track realization of business cases
• Share best practices and thought leadership in public forums to advance the cloud ecosystem
