Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Customer Engineer to drive technical go-to-market strategies and own the relationship from discovery to long-term adoption. You will partner with Account Executives to deliver tailored architectures, PoCs, and compelling product demonstrations across Security, Networking, and Developer Platforms.

As a quota-carrying technologist, you’ll use AI-augmented workflows to minimize admin tasks and maximize strategic advisory, while supporting Hong Kong customers with bilingual

Qualifications

Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering.
Broad technical expertise spanning web security, networking, cloud infra and enterprise architecture.
Strong communication and stakeholder management with C-suite audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery, build bespoke architectures, and deliver demonstrations and PoCs across Cloudflare’s portfolio.
Act as a trusted technical advisor from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
Own the long-term technical relationship across the customer lifecycle and align with product roadmap.
Carry a quota tied to new business and account growth; drive QBRs and revenue expansion.
Leverage AI agents to automate routine tasks and focus on strategic advisory.
