Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Customer Engineer to drive the technical relationship from discovery through adoption and expansion. You will operate as a quota-carrying technologist, leveraging AI-augmented workflows to reduce toil and deliver measurable business outcomes across the customer journey.

You will partner with account executives to own discovery, demos, onboarding, technical health, risk, and expansion, while evangelizing Cloudflare’s security, networking, and developer platform solutions

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical discovery and PoCs across security, networking, and developer platforms.
• Ability to own discovery, demos, onboarding, health, risk, and expansion strategy.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Identify and map customer initiatives to Cloudflare solutions and opportunities.
• Lead technical onboarding, onboarding health, risk tracking, and expansion planning.
• Present at enterprise levels, run demos/PoCs, and drive successful outcomes.
• Create technical content and act as a trusted advisor throughout the lifecycle.
• Represent Cloudflare at events with thought leadership and domain expertise.
