Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Customer Engineer to drive technical go-to-market with enterprise customers in a hybrid, quota-driven role. You will partner with Account Executives to design bespoke architectures, validate solutions, and accelerate time-to-value across the Cloudflare Security, Networking, and Developer Platforms portfolio.

You will own discovery, demos, onboarding and technical health, while leveraging AI-augmented workflows to automate routine tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role across SaaS or security products.
• Strong grasp of web security, networking, cloud infra and enterprise architecture.
• Proven ability to translate technical value to executives and business outcomes.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, build architectures, and demonstrate solutions across Cloudflare products.
• Oversee onboarding, health, risk, and expansion strategies with account executives.
• Carry a quota tied to new business and account growth, driving QBRs with executives.
• Act as trusted advisor throughout onboarding to renewal and expansion.
