Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an Enterprise Support Technical Account Manager (TAM) to act as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer for startups to Fortune 500 enterprises. This is not a sales role but a highly strategic, customer-facing engineering position.

You will work with engineers to drive adoption of AWS services including EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, IoT, and more, and you will discuss incidents, trade-offs, and risk with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and negotiate trade-offs.
• Experience advising on cloud architectures and operational resilience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineers and service teams to resolve issues end-to-end.

• Represent AWS in a customer's environment and discuss incidents and risk with executives.
