Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Support Technical Account Manager (TAM) to act as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer for organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 enterprises.

You will work with engineers and service teams to resolve issues and drive adoption of AWS services. You will represent AWS in customer environments, discuss incidents and trade-offs with senior leadership, and help craft strategies to keep AWS environments healthy and

Qualifications

3+ years of technical engineering experience.
Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting across compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in a distributed systems environment.
Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of technical work experience.

Responsibilities
