You will own end-to-end initiatives, drive adoption of cloud services, and mentor other CSMs while partnering with sales, solution architecture, and professional services to deliver measurable business outcomes for diverse customers in the United States.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer-facing work solving business problems with advanced technologies.
• 7+ years of leading large-scale, technical programs with proven outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Execute a near- and long-term vision for the customer's cloud transformation.
• Develop long-term relationships with executives and technologists.
• Maintain knowledge of cloud technologies to unlock customer opportunities.
• Lead organizational change and drive adoption through education.
• Collaborate with customers to identify high-impact AWS use cases and best practices.
