Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Sr. Customer Solutions Manager to accelerate customers' cloud and AI transformations. You will ensure cross-team collaboration across AWS to deliver customer outcomes and shepherd strategic migrations to the AWS cloud.

You will partner with executives, Sales, Solutions Architecture and Professional Services to drive adoption, manage migrations, and guide customers through governance, education, and go-live activities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with proven outcomes.
• 4+ years of customer-facing work engaging executives and technologists.
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent.
• Travel up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide input on pre- and post-sales approaches to impact customer adoption and commitments.
• Deliver complex technical projects and migration/AI initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Conduct deep discovery to design efficient adoption plans and address gaps.
• Implement effective people change management to drive cloud journeys.
• Work cross-functionally with AWS service teams to meet customer requirements.
• Mitigate adoption risks and track realization of business cases.
• Share best practices and thought leadership in public forums.
