Identify and accelerate customer value across the cloud lifecycle.
Own end-to-end transformation strategy aligning technical execution with business outcomes.
Drive large-scale migrations, AI/ML adoption, and data modernization programs.
Create and manage complex business and technology programs with risk navigation.
Establish governance models to drive scale and success.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery across sales, solutions architecture, support, and services.
Earn trust from technical and executive stakeholders; coach customers on cloud journeys.
Lead executive briefings, roadmap reviews, and business outcome alignments.
Apply Life Sciences regulatory knowledge (FDA, HIPAA, GxP) to cloud use cases.
Mentor CSMs and drive scalable process improvements.
