Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a dynamic ProServe Account Executive (PAE) to lead new and existing customer engagements in IT strategy, distributed architecture, and hybrid cloud initiatives.

You will own the customer relationship, translate business outcomes into AWS Professional Services offerings, and create proposals with SOW sign-offs, ensuring delivery of defined CBOs and revenue growth in collaboration with ProServe Cloud Architects and Delivery Consultants.

Qualifications

• Experience with sales targets, business development, and driving customer satisfaction.
• Experience with cloud technologies and IT strategies.
• 8+ years of technology sales or account management experience.
• Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent.
• Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Leading business development efforts by engaging customers and driving high-value engagements.
• Collaborating with Amazon Global Sales (AGS) representatives to ensure a coordinated approach for key accounts.
• Creating proposals, securing customer sign-off on Statements of Work (SOWs), and ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitoring ongoing projects to ensure delivery of agreed CBOs and maximize revenue potential.
• Advocating for customers while balancing AWS business objectives.
