Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) ProServe seeks a dynamic ProServe Account Executive to engage Financial Services customers in transformative cloud projects. You will secure proposals, drive SOW signoffs, and maintain customer success post-launch with a focus on revenue, bookings, and CSAT.

You will collaborate with ProServe Cloud Architects, Delivery Consultants, and AGS to align business outcomes with AWS offerings while managing CRM and key stakeholder relationships across the account.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology sales or account management experience.
• Experience with sales targets, business development, and driving customer satisfaction.
• Experience with cloud technologies and IT strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead business outcomes - articulate accelerated customer outcomes through cloud transformation.
• Execute long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps with action orientation.
• Develop a unified account plan and pursuit plan aligned with AWS account team.
• Establish Executive relationships across Business & Technology groups, sponsorship of programs.
• Establish internal AWS network with key teams (OneTeam, Partner, Global Services, Finance, Legal).
• Serve as strategic advisor with deep knowledge of customers’ business and cloud ecosystem.
• Deliver annual bookings, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets aligned with customer outcomes.
• Support scale through shared learnings across ProServe.
