Job summary

Netskope is seeking a Sr. Solutions Engineer to partner with customers and partners as the primary contact for feedback and issue resolution. You will advocate for customers to HQ Support, relay feature requests to Product Management, and travel within the US as needed to support engagements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Solutions/System Engineer with executive-level presentation experience.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for business leaders and architects.
• Strong empathy for customers and drive for revenue growth.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, Windows, and MacOS environments.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets and articulate Netskope architecture benefits to executives.
• Lead presentations, demos, and PoC/Value exercises with customers.
• Support regions' customer success and resolve satisfaction issues.
• Gather customer requirements and drive evaluation processes to closure.
• Lead PoCs and present at conferences and seminars.
