Job summary

Netskope is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive engagement with customers and partners as the main point of contact for feedback and issue resolution. You will advocate for customers and relay requests to HQ Support, while collaborating with Product Management on feature requests.

Heavy travel within the US is required to support engagements. The role focuses on articulating Netskope's security architecture, delivering demos, and leading PoCs to drive adoption of cloud security solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions/System Engineer with presenting at executive level.
• Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to senior executives, comfortable with public speaking.
