Job summary

Netskope is seeking a Sr. Solutions Engineer in San Francisco to drive revenue growth and customer success in cloud security solutions.

You will articulate high-level architectural benefits to senior security leaders, build compelling demos and POCs, and lead customer engagements across the United States with heavy travel. As a strategic technical advocate, you will collaborate with customers, partners, and HQ teams to gather requirements, influence product direction, and differentiate Netskope

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Solutions/Systems Engineer experience, able to present to executives
• Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue growth
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to executives
• Ability to articulate architectural benefits to security leaders (CISO/CIO)
• Experience with systems installation and admin on Linux, MacOS, Windows
• Knowledge of certificates, key management, HSM, and related protocols
• Experience with cloud security solutions and SaaS/IaaS/PaaS deployments
• Familiarity with public cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP) and identity providers

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets and articulate Netskope architecture benefits to executives
• Create best practices for demos, POCs, and win strategies
• Manage customer success and resolve satisfaction issues
• Gather customer requirements and map to product features
• Deliver product demonstrations and RFIs/RFPs
• Lead POCs and participate in conferences and trade shows
• Provide feedback to Product Management on feature enhancements
