Job summary

Netskope is seeking a Solutions Engineer- Healthcare in the United States. You will be the main customer advocate, collaborating with customers and partners to gather requirements, drive demonstrations, and lead Proof-of-Concept efforts.

Heavy travel within the US is expected to support sales and customer success. You will provide feedback to Product Management on feature requests, work with HQ Support for issue resolution, and articulate Netskope’s security architecture to executive audiences,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions/System Engineer with ability to present to executives
• Strong communication and presentation skills across tech and business audiences
• Experience with systems installation, configuration and administration (Linux, MacOS, Windows)

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets and articulate Netskope architecture benefits to security leaders
• Lead demonstrations, POCs, and evaluation plans with customers/partners
• Advise product management on feature requests and customer-driven enhancements
• Travel within the region to support engagements and customer success
