Netskope, Inc. is hiring a Solutions Engineer to drive revenue and customer success across a regional territory. You will articulate the value of Netskope's cloud security solutions to security leaders, build compelling demos and PoCs, and collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience as a Solutions/System Engineer with a proven track record presenting technical information at business executive level
• Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth
• Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable with public speaking to senior executives
• Ability to scale from whiteboard to security architects and CISOs
• Experience with Linux, MacOS, Windows environments
• Familiarity with certificates, key management, HSM, and related protocols
• Experience with cloud security solutions, SaaS/IaaS/PaaS, and remote access technologies
• Proficient with scripting (Python) and REST API integrations

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets and articulate Netskope's architectural benefits to security leaders
• Create best-practice demos, POC/value exercises, and win strategies
• Lead regional customer success initiatives and address satisfaction issues
• Gather customer requirements and position Netskope as the best solution
• Deliver product demos and presentations to prospective customers
• Coordinate with partners and run trade shows when needed
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs and maintain competitive differentiation
• Lead POCs and present at conferences and seminars
