Job summary

Netskope is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive growth across the US territory. You will work closely with customers and partners as the primary contact for feedback, resolve issues, and advocate for customers to HQ Support. Travel within the region is expected to support engagements and ensure successful outcomes.

The role emphasizes presenting Netskope architecture to senior security leaders and delivering demos, PoCs, and value assessments to prospects and customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions/System Engineer with presenting at executive levels.
• Strong empathy for customers and drive for revenue and growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions and demonstrations.
• Experience with installing, configuring Linux, MacOS and Windows systems.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.
• Articulate Netskope architecture benefits to senior security leaders.
• Develop best practices for presentations, demos, and Proof of Concept/Value exercises.
• Lead customer success efforts and resolve satisfaction issues cross-functionally.
• Present the Netskope cloud security solution to prospective customers.
• Create and deliver product demonstrations and evaluation plans with customers and partners.
• Lead Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and participate in trade shows as needed.
• Collaborate with Product Management on feature requests from customers.
