Job summary

Netskope is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join a fast-growing cloud security company. You will be the primary liaison to customers and partners, translating complex security requirements into actionable plans and working closely with HQ Support on issues.

The role involves travel within the region, crafting demos, POCs, and presentations to senior security leaders, CISOs, and CIOs while shaping product feedback and ensuring customer success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Solutions/System Engineer experience.
• Strong communication and executive-level presentation skills.
• Experience installing, configuring, and administering Linux/MacOS/Windows.
• Knowledge of security tech: NGFW, VPN, SAML/SSO, DLP.
• Regional travel experience in sales/engineering roles.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets and articulate Netskope's architecture to executives.
• Lead demos, PoCs, and evaluation tests with customers and partners.
• Capture and relay customer requirements to product teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve satisfaction.
• Present at conferences and support RFIs/RFPs as needed.
