Job summary

Netskope is seeking a Sr. Solutions Engineer to join our team in the U.S. You will be the primary contact for customers and partners, translating complex security needs into actionable solutions and ensuring customer advocacy and satisfaction.

You will work with executives from security and IT, deliver compelling demonstrations, and guide POCs from discovery to value realization. Heavy travel within the region is expected as you champion cloud security capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as Solutions/System Engineer presenting to executives.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with senior audiences.
• Experience with cloud security technologies and SIEM/IDP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets in territory and drive growth.
• Articulate Netskope architecture benefits to security leadership (CISO/CIO).
• Develop best practices for presentations, demos, and POC/Value exercises.
• Lead customer success initiatives and resolve satisfaction issues cross-functionally.
• Understand customer needs and position Netskope as the best solution for business value.
• Present Netskope cloud security solutions to prospective customers.
• Create and deliver product demonstrations and evaluations with customers.
• Gather customer technical requirements and support partner engagements.
• Support trade shows and conferences; respond to RFIs/RFPs.
