Job summary

Commvault is seeking a Senior Cloud Resilience Architect to provide pre-sales support to partners and channel. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, guide deployment approaches, and influence customer value while driving revenue.

You’ll lead or mentor teams, coordinate demonstrations and proof‑of‑concepts, and collaborate with sales, product management, and marketing to craft compelling business cases. Remote-friendly with global travel expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the cloud, software, or storage industry; 3+ years of experience serving in a pre‑sales systems engineer role.
• Demonstrates solid experience delivering, presenting, selling, supporting Enterprise Clients
• Proven strong experience selling, conducting Proof of Concept (POC)
• Ability to work in a rapid growth environment where priorities, roles and responsibilities are continuously updated to meet market and customer demands.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the account team to formulate and produce territory plans, account strategies, and sales plans including engaging specialist resources.
• Anticipate technology trends and build relationships with partners and internal departments.
• Engage with the customer to qualify and understand key technical, financial, operational issues.
