Commvault in the United States is seeking a Senior Cloud Resilience Architect to provide pre-sales technical support to partners and Sales teams. You will translate customer requirements into technical solutions, lead demonstrations, and drive complex opportunities from discovery to deal closure.

You will build executive-level relationships, develop business cases, and work across departments to ensure customer value. Travel up to 50% is expected, and remote work is supported.

Formación

• 5+ years in the cloud, software, or storage industry.
• 3+ years in a pre-sales systems engineer role.
• Proven experience delivering, presenting, selling to Enterprise Clients.
• Strong knowledge of storage, backup, and data management products.
• Experience with POC and data-management solutions.
• BS or MS in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
• Sales methodology experience (MEDDIC, Solution Selling, Challenger).

Responsabilidades

• Formulate territory plans and account strategies with the account team.
• Build relationships with partners and internal teams to drive campaigns.
• Qualify and address technical, financial, and business issues with customers.
• Develop Technical Account Plans for focus targets and current customers.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and demos.
• Lead pre-sales activities: POCs, proofs-of-concept, and demonstrations.
• Collaborate on business cases and ROI models for senior sponsors.
• Travel up to 50% as needed.
